Construction Project Manager

Job Requirements
  • Ensures safety, scheduling and team development of their project while meeting customer expectations
  • Understands contracts, establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with clients, project leads, team members and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.
  • Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime as necessary
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferred

Estimator

Job Requirements
  • Assisting with all phases of the bidding process, including prepping bid invitations and subcontractor callouts
  • Collecting and evaluating subcontractor bids and vendor quotations
  • Reviewing and finalizing SOWs and RFPs
  • Maintaining and communicating data on construction and material cost trends
Job Qualifications
  • Degree of Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Engineering preferred
  • Strong proficiency with RSMeans, E4Clicks, eGordian and Multiple Trades
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & MS Project)

Construction Project Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Determine the project plan with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Develop and maintain submittals and RFI/RFP with coordination of Project Manager and Superintendent
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and architect engineers to achieve the customer’s expectation
  • Coordination with the management team to develop cost estimates and project objectives
Job Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.
  • Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime as necessary
  • Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferred
